A 10% booking advance of the total package amount is required to confirm your event date.

• 75% event payment: Payable one day before or on the event day, once the event is confirmed to proceed. This brings the total paid to 85%.

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is based on the amount paid at the time of cancellation:
• After paying the initial 10% advance: We refund 5% of the total package value and retain the remaining 5%, regardless of the cancellation reason.
• After paying 85%, for a genuine emergency or unavoidable circumstance: We refund the full 85% already paid.
• After paying 85%, for other cancellation reasons: We refund 50% of the amount paid (equivalent to 42.5% of the total package value).
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Alternative dates are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Yes. We encourage you to share your favourite songs and musical preferences. Approximately 75% of the music selection is guided by your preferences. Our creative team selects the remaining portion when needed to suit the film's story, pacing or editing style. All music choices are subject to copyright and licensing requirements.
The number of final images and the delivery timeline depend on your event schedule, coverage duration and selected services. We discuss and agree on the expected deliverables and timeline with you based on your requirements.
You will be able to select photographs from the usable images captured at your event. Blurred, poorly framed or technically unusable images are excluded. The selected photographs are then professionally edited and colour-corrected.

No. We do not provide RAW photograph files or original, unedited video footage. Clients receive their selected, professionally edited and colour-corrected photographs, along with the completed wedding films included in the agreed package.
Yes. Le Photogram is based in Puducherry and provides wedding photography and filmmaking services across Tamil Nadu and throughout India. Destination wedding coverage is also available, subject to discussion and confirmation of the location, travel logistics, visa requirements where applicable and our availability.
