Founded in 2020, Le Photogram is a wedding photography and film studio based in Puducherry. We document celebrations across South India, with a focus on the people, traditions and emotions that make every wedding personal.

For us, the story lives in more than the ceremony. It is in the excitement before it begins, your parents’ expressions, your friends’ laughter and the quiet moments you share.

We take time to understand what matters to you, offering gentle guidance when needed and space for moments to unfold naturally. Through photographs and films, we create memories that bring you back to how your wedding felt.

THE MAN BEHIND THE MOMENTS.

IMTHIYAZ AHMED

Founder & Creative Director | Le Photogram

I studied Civil Engineering. Somehow, I ended up building memories instead of buildings. Not exactly the career my textbooks had planned for me.

But here we are. And honestly, I wouldn't change a thing.

I'm Imthiyaz, a photographer, storyteller, and the person behind Le Photogram, a wedding photography and film studio I founded in Puducherry in 2020.

What started as a passion slowly became my purpose, eventually taking me all the way to the United Kingdom, where I earned my Master's in Photography from the University for the Creative Arts.

Seven years behind the camera have taught me something no classroom ever could.

It's the nervous smile before the ceremony. The father quietly watching his daughter get ready. The mother trying to hide her tears. The friends creating absolute chaos five minutes before the wedding.

The little things that somehow become the biggest memories.

Those are the moments I live to capture.

For me, wedding photography isn't just about beautiful portraits or perfectly framed ceremonies. It's about understanding the people, the traditions, the laughter, the happy tears, and everything that makes your celebration uniquely yours.

I believe the best photographs happen when people feel comfortable being themselves. That's why my approach is simple: a little guidance when you need it, space when you don't, and an eye always looking for the moments you might have missed.

And don't worry if you're camera-shy. Making people forget there's a camera in front of them is practically my second profession.

At Le Photogram, we don't just document weddings. We create photographs and films that bring you back to the people, emotions, and little moments that made your day unforgettable.
